FAQ

What counts as obsolete or hard-to-find?
Anything the manufacturer has discontinued or no longer supports through normal distribution, plus low-volume parts distributors don't stock. Breakers, drives, contactors, MCC sections, and control boards are the most common.
How do you find parts nobody else can?
Through a working network of surplus stock and a deep cross-reference knowledge of what genuinely substitutes. If the original is gone, we map it to an available equivalent and disclose the condition.
What do you need from me?
The manufacturer and part number, or a photo of the nameplate. Your need-by date helps us prioritize.
Are you an authorized distributor?
