What actually happens when you call
- You send a number, or a photo. Part number, nameplate photo, or just a description of the unit and what it is doing. You do not need a clean part number to start.
- We tell you within hours what we can do. In stock, sourceable with a lead time, or not findable. Including the third answer, which most suppliers will not give you.
- You get condition and price in writing. New, new-surplus, used-tested, or reconditioned — stated plainly, with photos of the actual unit on request.
- PO in by 3:00 PM CT, it ships that day. Tracking follows the same day it leaves.
Why we work this way
On a drilling rig, an electrical fault does not mean a maintenance ticket. It means the whole spread is standing still and the day rate is running anyway. Everyone on that rig knows what the hour costs.
That is the environment this company came out of, and it set the standard we hold to everywhere else. A packaging line, a pump station, a compressor building — the number is different, the problem is identical. Something stopped, and everything downstream is waiting on a part.
Which is why we answer the phone, why we will tell you when we cannot help, and why we do not let a quote sit overnight because someone is waiting on an internal approval.
What we can usually move fast on
If you do not have a part number
Most urgent calls do not start with a clean number. Send a photo of the nameplate and the unit, tell us what the equipment is doing, and we will work backwards from there. Our cross-reference covers obsolete-to-current paths across the major manufacturers, and for drilling systems the Ross Hill / NOV cross-reference maps the numbers that trip people up.
Every industry we supply

The honest limits
Same-day applies to stocked items. Sourced items move as fast as the supply chain allows, and we will give you a real lead time rather than an optimistic one. Freight and expediting charges, where they apply, appear on the quote before you approve it. Everything is subject to the terms stated on your quote.

FAQ
What time is your cutoff for same-day shipping?
3:00 PM Central Time. A purchase order received and accepted before 3:00 PM CT on a business day ships the same day on stocked items, subject to the terms stated on your quote.
What if the part is not in stock?
We tell you that immediately rather than sitting on it. Then we tell you what we can find, from where, and how fast. A straight answer at 9 AM is worth more than an optimistic one at 4 PM.
Do you charge extra for rush handling?
Any expediting or freight premium is stated on the quote before you commit. We do not add charges after the fact.
Can you ship after hours or on a weekend?
Ask. Outside normal hours we handle it case by case rather than promising something we cannot control. Call rather than email if the rig or line is already down.
What do you need from me to move fast?
The part number or a photo of the nameplate, the quantity, where it ships, and when you need it on site. If you do not have a number, a photo of the unit and what it is doing is usually enough for us to start.
How quickly do you quote?
Same-day response on most requests. If a request needs supplier confirmation we tell you that up front and give you a time we will come back to you.
Are you an authorized distributor?
No. We are an independent supply and sourcing company. We supply new, new-surplus, used-tested, and reconditioned equipment with condition disclosed before sale.
