ABB type codes identify the family, build, rating, and voltage class. For example, ACS580-01-12A6-4 is an ACS580, -01 a wall-mounted module, 12A6 a 12.6 A nominal output, and -4 the 380–480 V class. Send the full type code and we confirm the exact configuration.

How we quote an ABB drive

Send the ABB type code (for example ACS580-01-12A6-4) off the drive label, or the motor horsepower and voltage if you don't have one.
We confirm the configuration — voltage class, HP / current, enclosure, and options (I/O, fieldbus, and control).

If the replacement changes the footprint or wiring, our fabrication side supplies adapter plates, sub-panels, and modified enclosures so the new drive mounts where the old one came out.
