Altivar catalog numbers encode the family, power, and voltage. For example, ATV630D11N4 is an ATV630, D11 = 11 kW, and N4 = 380–480 V three-phase. Older drives followed the same logic: for example ATV71HD11N4. Send the full catalog number and we confirm the build.

How do we quote an Altivar drive?

Send the Altivar catalog number (for example ATV630D11N4) off the drive label, or the motor horsepower and voltage if you don't have one.
We confirm the configuration: voltage class, HP / current, enclosure, and options (I/O, fieldbus, and control).

The Altivar Process ATV630 replaces the open / IP21 ATV61, and the ATV650 replaces the Type 12 / IP55 version. We source the ATV600 series as a replacement and stock ATV61 units as surplus.
